Avast IPO: A Success Story for the External World
In May 2018, Avast celebrated a milestone with its successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Initially, as a member of the AVG management team (which Avast acquired),later I assumed the role of Global Head of HR for the combined group. Integrating two organizations was a complex but rewarding challenge. By uniting teams, creating a shared culture, and aligning strategic goals, we built a strong organization that became a leader in the industry. These collective efforts culminated in a successful IPO, creating value for stakeholders and laying the foundation for sustainable growth.
